Dr Narcisa Zemek is a Fellow of The Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists with both General and Specialist Registration and a member of Adult Psychiatry and Psychotherapies Faculties.
Dr Zemek is a Queensland trained General Adult Psychiatrist with many years of experience in inpatient and outpatient, both public and private adult psychiatry.
Dr Zemek offers comprehensive assessments and management for a range of adult mental health disorders including mood disorders (depressive and bipolar disorders), anxiety disorders (generalised anxiety disorder, panic disorder and other anxiety disorder), obsessive compulsive disorder, psychotic disorders, trauma related presentations, personality disorders, women’s mental health presentations and adjustment disorders. Dr Zemek provides outpatient psychiatric services with focus on evidence-based treatments while adopting a recovery oriented psychiatric approach with emphasis on communication and collaboration with patients and carers.
